About Us

Twintech Control Systems Pvt. Ltd. was founded by the late Mr Diwakar Sharangpani. The company was incorporated in the year 1989 in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Being an R & D engineer himself, he built "Twintech" as a solution-oriented company. It earned a repute as a registered vendor of various multinational, OEM’S like KIRLOSKAR OIL ENGINES LTD,GREAVES COTTON LTD , CUMMINS INDIA LTD AND CATERPILLAR INDIA PVT.LTD and become a exporters within a short span of time.

Quality

Before ISO certification, QS9000 was a benchmark in quality systems and Twintech achieved the same to become the first organization to achieve this feat in the field of electronics design and manufacturing (EDM). QS 9000 is now replaced by IATF

Twintech has achieved QMS iso 9001:2015 certificate and maintained the same for last 20 years. It means strict adherence to quality control principles.

Twintech has inhouse manual and automatic testing availability with best test instruments from fluke ,gwinstek, aplab etc. For better quality all instruments are timely calibrated from nabl labs.

(The assurance of quality through 100% testing has significantly reduced our returns and increased our customer satisfaction)

That’s why Twintech implement a rigorous 100% testing protocol before dispatching any item. Customer has access to this data and we have maintained data back of up to 15 years.

    New technology development and innovation of already existing products is a continuous process adopted at twintech with the help of technical expertise in mechanical and electronic design

    In 2010, Mr. Shounak Diwakar Sharangpani (Master in electronics engineering) joined the r & d team as a director.

    He developed twintech as a complete electronic umbrella for electronic product innovation, - electronic hardware design, embedded software, ui design, industrial iot, android, and complete system engineering.

    The new r & d team took challenge of developing import substitute electronic parts design, and yes they achived the same. After the design these parts are manufactured at the pune facility More than 457 products designed and developed by Twintech
